Preparing for your Group Visit

Please consider how your group would like to handle payment, as the reservations agent will discuss this with you when they contact you. No payment is required upfront; however, a valid credit card is needed to secure your group’s reservations. You may choose from the following payment options:

Pay for the entire group with one card.
Use one credit card to hold all reservations and have each guest pay individually upon arrival.
Have each guest provide their own credit card to secure their individual reservation.

Please note that if you are using your credit card to guarantee reservations for other members of your group, you will be responsible for any spa cancellation or no-show charges associated with those reservations. If a guest books spa services and fails to attend their appointment without meeting the cancellation requirements, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the credit card on file.

What is Included

Day passes allow use of all 10 mineral water pools and tubs–including the largest mineral water pool in Southern California, 4 indoor & outdoor jetted spas, and 5 free flowing tubs–the one-acre desert Oasis, reflexology walk, bucket shower, both Finnish saunas, and all of the lounging areas from 9am-7pm (Oasis may close earlier).

Day passes includes locker rental, with a robe and slippers. Day guests may add on spa treatments or purchase breakfast, lunch or light dinners at the Azure Palm Café onsite.

Add a Private Tub Rental

You can make a Private Oasis Villa Tub reservation for the ultimate
desert hot springs experience. A Private Oasis Villa Tub can be reserved between 9 AM to 5 PM for a 2 hour period at $200 throughout the day. Last reservation at 3 PM.

Your Oasis tub reservation will include your private reserved tub for 2 hours for 2-6 people, reserved lounges, towel service, a pitcher of iced green tea and personal logoed gift tumblers for each person in your party. Each person in the party will also need to reserve an Oasis Day Pass to enjoy a Private Oasis Villa Tub rental.
