What are Qualifying Room Nights

Qualifying room nights are paid overnight stays that you book direct with the resort—either via the hotel’s direct reservation page or by phone.  Room nights booked via Expedia, Booking.com and other OTA sites do not qualify.  Day spa visits do not count towards qualifying room nights.  Half-day, complimentary/free, group, special program or otherwise discounted rates do not qualify.

Regularly priced stays on a Vida Cleanse, Self-Guided cleanse or package rate DO qualify.

How do I Redeem My Rewards

Please call to verify your qualifying room nights and make your reward reservation.

Let us know which of your earned rewards you would like to redeem during your stay.  Room night reward redemptions are applied at check in.  Café credit and Spa credit rewards are applied at check out.

Note that complimentary room night rewards will count as your first night’s room rate deposit on a reward reservation.  Deposits are charged 72 hours prior to your arrival date and cancellations after that will result in forfeiture of the room night reward.  So please notify us before then in case of cancellation.

Terms, Conditions & Restrictions

• Complimentary room night is redeemable for the room type most frequently booked during the qualifying period.
• Rewards are redeemable on your next visit. (ie room nights are qualified after check out of the reservation)
• Complimentary room nights not redeemable during March, April, holiday weekends/periods, and special events. Other blackout dates may apply.
• All reservation restrictions still apply for redemption of Complimentary room nights (such as Saturdays require a 2 night minimum)
• Complimentary room nights not redeemable towards VidaCleanse stays.
• Complimentary room night rewards will count as your first night’s room rate deposit on a reward reservation.  Deposits are charged 72 hours prior to your arrival date and cancellations after that will result in forfeiture of the room night reward.
• Café credit rewards and spa credit rewards may be redeemed on any visit after earning them (no blackout dates)
• Café credit reward of up to $50 will be applied one time only during a single overnight or day Oasis reservation towards any café charges to the account/reservation. No cash back or credit for unused portions of the reward.
• Spa credit reward of up to $150 will be applied one time only during a single overnight or day Oasis reservation towards any spa service charges to the account/reservation. No cash back or credit for unused portions of the reward.  Spa credit may not be applied towards gratuity.  Treatment services received in excess of the $150 credit require payment.
• A guest may not earn rewards under more than one name.  ID is required to stay overnight and redeem rewards.
• Only one reservation per stay period per guest can be counted towards qualifying room nights. Multiple reservations under the same guest name for the same dates will count as one stay.  Additional rooms may be reserved under another guest name and qualify toward that guest’s qualifying room nights.
• Rewards may only be redeemed by the guest profile owner. Owner does not need to be present, but must be the person to request and consent to redemption.
• Rewards expire after 24 months if not redeemed.
• Rewards and room nights are not transferrable.
• Rewards not redeemable for cash.  Any reward redeemed for a lesser value does not qualify for cash back or future credit on any presumed residual value.
• After a period of inactivity of 24 months, any previously qualified room nights will no longer be qualified.  Your initial visit date will be reset upon a return visit after more than 24 months of inactivity.
• Unearned rewards have no value. Rewards earned under the program only have value while the program is in effect.
• Azure Palm Hot Springs reserves the right to cancel or alter the program at any time.
